The paved driveways in front of the triple garage as well as the toy garage makes for ample parking space for additional vehicles. There is a storeroom to the left of the triple garage.

Enter from the covered porch flanked by the landscaped garden with water feature. From the front door into the foyer with impressive staircase to the left that is a feature on its own. The living area is built in a u-shape with views of the garden and beautiful pool built in a catch pool style.

To the right of the foyer is the dining room and lounge with a gas fireplace between the two areas. Next to the lounge is the cinema room. Follow the passage starting with the guest bathroom before reaching the office, large enough to accommodate a small boardroom table and chairs.
